We act as a reseller of eSIM connectivity provided by our upstream network partners.
購買前您有責任確認您的裝置支援 eSIM 且未鎖定電信商。eSIM 技術並非所有裝置都支援。對於為不相容或已鎖定裝置購買的產品，我們概不負責。You are responsible for ensuring your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before purchasing. eSIM technology is not supported on all devices. We are not liable for purchases made for incompatible or locked devices.

By submitting a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. The eSIM is delivered to the email address you provide at checkout.
eSIM QR Code 通常在付款成功後數分鐘內以電子郵件交付。您有責任提供正確有效的電子郵件地址。若未收到 eSIM，請檢查垃圾郵件匣。eSIM QR codes are delivered electronically to your email, typically within minutes of successful payment. It is your responsibility to provide a correct and valid email address. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive your eSIM.
由於 eSIM 屬數位產品，退款受我們的退款與取消政策規範。購買前請詳閱。Due to the digital nature of eSIM products, our refund policy is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review it before purchasing.
您同意不將我們的服務用於任何非法目的，包括但不限於詐騙、垃圾訊息，或違反 eSIM 使用地法律的行為。對於任何濫用，我們保留暫停服務的權利。You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, spam, or activities that violate the laws of the jurisdiction in which the eSIM is used. We reserve the right to suspend service for any misuse.

We provide eSIM products on an "as available" basis and are not liable for service interruptions caused by upstream network providers, your device, or local conditions.
我們可能不時更新本條款。變更後繼續使用我們的服務即構成接受修訂後的條款。We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
