1. Service Description

SimGo provides eSIM data plans that allow travelers to access mobile data networks in various countries and regions. eSIM products are delivered digitally via email in the form of a QR code and activation details. We act as a reseller of eSIM connectivity provided by our upstream network partners.

2. Eligibility & Device Compatibility

You are responsible for ensuring your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before purchasing. eSIM technology is not supported on all devices. We are not liable for purchases made for incompatible or locked devices.

3. Purchases & Payment

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By submitting a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. The eSIM is delivered to the email address you provide at checkout.

4. Delivery

eSIM QR codes are delivered electronically to your email, typically within minutes of successful payment. It is your responsibility to provide a correct and valid email address. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive your eSIM.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of eSIM products, our refund policy is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review it before purchasing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, spam, or activities that violate the laws of the jurisdiction in which the eSIM is used. We reserve the right to suspend service for any misuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

Network coverage, data speeds, and availability depend on local carriers and are beyond our direct control. We provide eSIM products on an "as available" basis and are not liable for service interruptions caused by upstream network providers, your device, or local conditions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
